Will breast augmentation increases the risk of breast cancer?
This is one of the most commonly asked questions when it comes to breast augmentation. Women who get breast implants are not at higher risk of getting the condition. Further, these implants do not delay the detection of breast cancer. Also, breast implant women who get breast cancer have the same chance of being free from the condition for 5 years, same as women without breast implants.
